Website is up and running which is a work in progress. Keep in mind we are doing this in our spare time as volunteers so please be patient. - www.4LakesB.com, which has a ton of useful information, including the updated rules and regs.  Take a look at them and familiarize yourself with the updates.  Under the "Contacts" tab, there are links that connect directly to the contact that you need to solve your issue.  

 

On this site we are implementing an FAQ page for quick answers to common questions, like "How do I get rid of large furniture or appliances?"

 

The site is a work in progress but the information located there is valuable enough to promote now.  

 

Board Meetings are scheduled on the second Monday of every other month unless otherwise announced.   The next board meeting is scheduled for October 14th  at 7:00 p.m. by ZOOM only  to enable our Association’s lawyer, Sabina Arutyunyan, to attend and clarify concerns and questions. All owners are welcome.
